From May 31 to June 9, 2025, Utah Beach and its surroundings will come alive with the commemorations of the 81st anniversary of the D-Day landings. This historic and widely attended event pays tribute to the heroes of June 6, 1944, through a rich and meaningful program: official ceremonies, musical performances, immersive guided tours, sports matches, conferences, and fireworks.

Highlights include the participation of ten Allied nations, hundreds of children, vintage military vehicles, and a unique “Liberation” atmosphere around the church. Between remembrance and celebration, come experience history where it was made.

  • 8:00 AM: 17th Peace March – Departure from the Grange de la Paix in Sainte-Mère-Église.

    With representatives from ten nations: Canada, Denmark, Norway, United Kingdom, United States, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, France, and Germany

    In the presence of Mr. José Flores, Reverend and Chaplain

June 8, 2025

  • Festive evening with musical entertainment, fireworks, and on-site food stands
    Organized by the Festival Committee and the Municipality
